Came with my family, the hostess was very nice and helpful. But my problem was with the food. To cook your own food it takes a very long time to make sure it is cooked properly. You better know what you are doing and not mix beef/seafood/chicken in the same skewer or it won't be cooked properly (cooking times).. It is just a lot to think about when I want to go out to eat and just relax.. As well, the sides offered were bland, no seasoning, nothing fantastic. The restaurant need a bit a refreshing. Welcome is nice as well as the explanation how it works. Nevertheless when it gets crowded it 's not easy to get your ingredients, put them to cook and wait. Can be a bit disruptive if you want to have a meal without getting up every 10 min. Just to know. Charcoals bag avoid to get ratatouille and other garnitures . When I mentioned that, a lady said... they needs that for the BBQ. Ok, but do they need to be stored between the clients legs ? funny answer not very customer care oriented. Desserts were quite standart. Coffee machine not very performant. Toilets lacking handwash. The proposal is original and may suit people liking that kind of restaurant.
