Ich wurde von Freunden mit meinem Mann eingeladen. Die Küche wurde von den Freunden gelobt, aber ich als Gastronom war sehr enttäuscht. Ich bestellte ein weißes Schnitzel mit Pommes und Beilagen, mein Mann wählte das dreigängige Menü mit Gans und mein Kollege das Entrecote als Menü. Für mich passte einfach nichts, außer dem Service. Das Schnitzel war überhaupt nicht frisch gebraten, die Panade war trocken und die Pommes kalt! Beim Entrecote meines Bekannten dachte er, es sei vom Rind, aber es stellte sich heraus, dass es vom Pferd war und nicht als solches deklariert wurde! Einmal und nie wieder!

it is already an upscale dining that gets in the cozy room from competent service. depending on the season wild or mushrooms, Moules-Frites or something festiches. it's all right. also the price is not surprising, you don't eat cheap but with the quality it's okay. everything else, a pleasure!
very nice and cozy Appenzeller room. very competent and friendly service. the rehfilet and the fish were excellent, the white wine absolutely fitting. maybe you could offer some more open weine in 7.5 dl. quality. heavenly dessert
we live very close to the small wonderful restaurants. it was a spontaneous idea and they actually had a place for us. Super courts and attentive service. my desired garpunkt was hit exactly. great selection of crying!

Gutes Essen, aber die Portionen sind zu klein. Rosenkohl als Gemüse ist einfach nicht richtig. Kein wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
