Barjoe is a lively place right on the Jean Jaurès square. There were plenty of young people and families there enjoying the bar and the foosball and watching the many television screens. We had come in search of a hamburger and informality that you find...in these kinds of places in the U.S. They have the right vibe but not great hamburgers and French fries. It seemed impossible to just order a hamburger without toppings and without their secret orange sauce. So we deconstructed our burgers scraping off the orange goo and jettisoning the bacon. Tasty burgers and tempting beers (especially at happy hour prices! ; . We also appreciate that they accept our little dog inside. Practical for watching rugby, football, etc. matches broadcast on many screens. Nice and welcoming atmosphere.
