The staff and food in this establishment are awesome. I frequently go to this shop for my meals and have never been disappointed. I usually have a chicken burger and chips and they are always fresh and hot. My son usually has the squid and chips, again, fresh and hot. My wife usually has butterfish and chips, also, amazingly fresh and hot. The salad bar is always fresh and stocked full. The owner, Rosemary, would have to be one of the nicest people in business. Her staff that serves out the front, Ash and Janice also are very friendly. I will continue to get my food from this place.
We were told by other tourists to have a meal at Barnacle Bills Moana, as the seafood is delicious but reasonably priced.It caters for takeaway as well as eat in, so is not a flashy restaurant, but the food makes up for lack of ambience. I had 12 Melt in your Mouth Honey Prawns with crispy hot chips. The Crumbed Barramundi was just as delicious and as Barnacle Bills is Licensed, I had a glass of white wine and my friend a beer with dinner. The whole bill came to around $35. If you are staying in Moana, or Seaford, I can highly recommend Barnacle Bills.
We have had a few dine-in meals and all have been good. A pleasant selection of seafood accompanied with a beer and a glass of wine. Good Place to pop into after a morning's shopping (helps to relax the hubby!!). Staff have always bee pleasant and we generally grab a couple of dozen fresh oysters to take with us. The oysters are to die for!! Staff have always been pleasant and courteous. The diner is simple but clean.

We often get takeaway from this Barnacle Bills. Have tried others but this is the best. Wonderful friendly Staff. Food is always amazing and Fresh. Mouth watering and generous. You can eat in as well and buy a few nicknacks.
First time eater - tonight i had my first experience, not knowing what i was calling up for i had a very helpful employee by the name of Caleb who made my order very easy! Great customer service! Food was great too! A+
Went there after a cafe along the beach in Moana could not figure out when lunch was to be serviced and had a nice meal, should have gone here first. Nice and quick service. Will eat here again

Great service, eat in or take away both are fast and cooked fresh when ordered, parking is at the door, food is... well its Barny's, it's good yeah.
