We went on a Friday at The area was saturated with traffic and parking was an adventure. My advice, UBER/Lyft if you decide to go. My expectations were high as I have always associated the Bartolotta brand synonymous with quality, creativity, and excellent service. Our server appeared to be some what discombobulated. For instance, when she poured our water (glasses were already at the level we desired) she poured so fast water splashed all over the table, more than once. She also seemed annoyed and impatient. They were out of menus so we had to wait until they were available. She did level off as we were able to have some conversations around the menu items. The food overall was a very bold...
A delightful dinner in Tuscany is just a short drive away. Need an Italian food fix? I suggest visiting Ristorante Bartolotta, in Wauwatosa. We did last night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The restaurant is currently featuring the flavors and dishes of the Tuscany region. We started with a spirited Tuscany inspired drink and transitioned to a flavorful four course Italian meal (ending of course with their perfectly baked tiramisu cake). It was the remedy to being stateside and craving the fabulous flavors of Italy. We will be back soon, when they begin featuring the next Italian region
The current format of a course fixed price menu is outstanding. The current region being featured is Tuscany. Delish and uncommon choices in each course with something for everyone

The whole idea of a changing menu featuring dishes from different regions of Italy every month or so is a great concept
