Amazing service! My friends' birthday is on Saturday. Lacking foresight, I waited until Tuesday to begin looking. I was after an absinthe spoon the spoon you put sugar cubes on so they melt into the absinthe underneath when you set the drink on fire. I figured most of the big bottle stores would have them. They were all sold out, meaning I couldn't walk into my local store. They also couldn't do delivery because covid 19 and all their products come from overseas. Then I found Barware.com.au they saved me. A great selection of spoons. I settled on one that was very unique and had a chat with an agent via the chat window. I wanted to know if it could arrive before the weekend (in three days)....
her customer service is fantastic! I ordered 2 stone cups for christmas who were fabulously expensive, but only realized was broken a less than a week before christmas. I sent them on Sunday by e-mail and the wonderful sarah replied on Monday apologise and sent an immediate replacement that arrived on Wednesday! highly recommend this company.
