This morning at 6:30 AM, I had the delightful experience of being served by a fantastic young woman at D&D. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but she was truly one of the best employees I've ever encountered. First, she greeted me with a warm smile, even at such an early hour. Then, she engaged me in conversation and made me feel genuinely valued. When I mentioned that I was visiting from out of state, she wished me safe travels. Her kindness and personal touch really brightened my day.
Definitely avoid ordering UberEats from this Baskin Robbins. I just wanted a chocolate milkshake, but they sent me a half-empty, diluted drink that I had to throw away. On top of that, my fiancé’s drink looked like it wasn’t blended at all.
I ordered ice cream from Baskin Robbins, but I received the wrong order and several items from the menu were missing. When I tried contacting the store for customer service, no one answered to help.
