It seemed unnecessary for them to rush through our service when they had the opportunity to balance both closing tasks and customer care. When we reached the checkout, she didn’t ask if we wanted to pay separately; instead, she just combined our orders and provided the total amount. When one of my friends mentioned that we wanted to pay separately, she appeared flustered as she recalculated the totals and asked another co-worker for help, even as my mother stated, “I’m just paying.” Overall, while the food was what we expected, the atmosphere during our visit felt quite tense and uncomfortable.

I decided to give Baskin Robbins another try, but once again I was very disappointed. My order was incorrect because the male employee forgot some of my items. When I brought this to the attention of the female employee who called us, she simply expressed sympathy and moved on to the next customer. To top it off, the extra charges I had requested were neither added nor offered to me.

We were enjoying some ice cream when a middle-school guy came in to order some milkshakes. On his way out the door, something happened and he dropped all three shakes. The staff jumped on cleaning up the mess and immediately made him new shakes free of charge. It was great to see them rescue his evening. Bravo!

A very pleasant place to stop and bring my children. We go quite often and the shop is always clean and the staff and always pleasant to treat. We never had a bad experience here.
