I went back inside to express my concerns to the girl who had given me the cake. When I first arrived, she had been in the back and then came out while a line of customers was waiting, and she proceeded to text and laugh at her phone. I decided to wait. Eventually, she signaled for me to come over, but I could tell from the beginning that her customer service skills were lacking. When I approached her, she insisted the cake was the correct size and that’s just how they made it. Meanwhile, there was a freezer nearby containing cakes that were significantly larger. I pointed this out, asking why that one was bigger, but she insisted that it was just my cake size. I felt increasingly frustrated...
Then, when she scanned my coupon twice, she claimed it had already been used and asked me if I had redeemed it before. I explained that I had just received it today and that it was my birthday. It was clear that the coupon showed it had been scanned twice! I couldn't comprehend why she was making such a fuss over a single scoop of ice cream. I noticed on her screen that it showed a charge of -4.49, but she continued to insist that something was wrong and that I had already used the coupon. Eventually, she gave in and said it was fine for me to take the ice cream.

I recently stopped by Baskin-Robbins and had the delightful experience of tasting their Lemon Zest ice cream. The refreshing flavor truly impressed me, but what stood out even more was the outstanding service from the staff. They were exceptionally kind and attentive, which made my visit all the more enjoyable. Baskin-Robbins consistently offers a fantastic variety of delicious flavors, and this time was no different. I highly recommend giving the Lemon Zest flavor a try, and you can expect a warm and friendly atmosphere at this location. I will definitely be returning for more!
This Baskin Robins has the best selection of flavors. The staff are very friendly and greats everyone when they walk in. The were very patient with us as we ordered because we had a hard time deciding what we wanted. I definitely would recommend this place for evening stop for a ice cream fix.

Came at 9:24pm since it says it closes at 10pm and they were already closed. 2 girls hanging out inside saw us approach the door and just pointed at their watch. The sign on the door also says 10pm but apparently that's wrong or maybe they didn't want to work till 10 who knows.
There was a customer that I guess they knew and they weren’t really paying attention to serving us and they kept talking to there friend and we had no interaction bad customer service ice cream was good tho !
Went to this Baskin Robbins and waited over 15 minutes past opening no employees ever showed up. I gave up and left. They lost our money due to employees that Do not show up to work.
The staff at the Covina, ca 31 flavors over delivered on this delicious In n out inspired cake for my teenage boys. Thank you!
