Sneaky extra charges.. My boyfriend and I visited Baskin-Robbins Nedlands last night and ordered a single scoop cone (the one dipped in chocolate and 100's 1000's). We went to pay, expecting it to be $11.90, but was charged $16.90! Upon inquiring about the price we were told that the chocolate and 100's 1000's counted as extra toppings. There was no sign informing us of this charge. I had already commenced eating my ice-cream and so couldn't return it. Was a very disappointing end to a nice evening. We will not be returning.
I went in on Sunday the 17th of May at about 8:30pm and the girl serving us was so unfriendly, it was uncomfortable. We walked in and smiled and said hello but she didn't even flinch, no smile or greeting back. She just looked at us and we ordered and she literally chucked my icecream across the table, and said the price. No thankyou no farewell, no smile! Awful service.
Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, auch wenn Sie vor der Schließung in der letzten Minute laufen. Gute Sortiment an saisonalen Desserts wie Waffeln oder Brownies mit Eiscreme. Jetzt bieten sie sogar Toppings wie zerquetschte Oreos mit Schokoladenfudge an, was mein Favorit ist.
Staff are very friendly even when you walk in at the last minute before closing time. Good range of seasonal desserts like waffles or brownies with ice cream. Now they even offer toppings like crushed Oreos with chocolate fudge which is my favourite.

good selection of eis, friendly service and open until late. only one stone throw away from qeii. the unicorn ice cream was sweet, they have stilli and meermaid ice too!
At 12:00 today 3 July served by sum Lady!! rather rude, I know it's Winter and cold, and who eats dairy anyway !!! No customer or communication skills,
