Well I placed an order on line (where names were typed out) for one cake and one pie both with Happy Birthday and the name. Unfortunately they spelled the name wrong for my grandchild but we needed to accept the order because the party was in just a few hours. I do understand mistakes happen but when I called to speak with Management this morning expecting a little empathy and remorse in stead i received I am sorry mistakes happen and it is was it is then they hung up. Really I wasn't asking for a new cake or a discount on the cakes already purchased BUT perhaps a small credit towards a future order. I do like this store for the basics but if you are looking for customer service or anything...
I thought of a quick cone and was pleasantly surprised when I discovered that these Baskin robbins actually have 31 flavors, as advertised. It is a lively location in the evening, but they have a decent seating area inside. The outside has a large seating area with roll bench table that are covered to keep you from any heavy precipitation. I was served quickly, but I have the meaning that the Lord who served me had a bad day. But I might have misunderstood him, so I'll leave it. Carryout service is available, with parking on both sides of the road, and masks are currently optional. However, a two cup cone was more than $6.00, which I found only a little expensive. I was quickly served, although it seemed like the server may have been having a bad day. Carryout service is available, with parking on both sides of the road, and masks are optional. We were traveling on the road when my 4-year-old needed to use the bathroom, so we quickly stopped at this place. However, the worker refused to let him use the bathroom since he was not a paying customer. Platz is not recommended.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating! The restaurant is clean and comfortable with convenient hours (11 AM to 10 PM) Monday through Saturday.
