We ordered a ice cream cake on Monday to be picked up on Tuesday at 430 pm. It was a vanilla cake with mint chocolate chip ice cream. We arrived at 530 pm on that Tuesday for pick up and the cake was not ready. We were told to come back on the next day at 0930 am. So we did. We returned at 1130 am the next day. The rep. comes out curbside and says it wasn't ready, they forgot to fix the cake and add the icing. I asked what time to come back, he says maybe in about an hour. I called the store this time, an hour later... they finally got my name right and my order, supposedly and told me to come in and grab the cake. Returned to the store, waited in the drive thru, it took them a moment to fig...
Wow, didn't think it was possible to screw up ice cream and milkshakes. Spent almost $20 for 2 milkshakes and 2 small cones. Took over 20 mins to get them in the drive through and they had 3 people working. Milk shake tasted terrible and was watered down. Now I see why this place only has 3 stars. Plenty of other Dunkin Donuts around
The restaurant is unclean and disorganized. The staff are inefficient and careless, often running out of flavors and providing subpar customer service. Additionally, there are issues with water contamination in the ice-cream containers, strange tasting flavors, and mishandling of ice-cream scooping.
Slow as a sloth. Drive thru not taking more than one order and filling. Employees state they don't have chocolate ice cream. Sure thing kid.Recommended going to the giant, buying ice cream. You'll be in out and how faster than this store. #dontwasteyourlifehere

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I used the drive-thru and ended up receiving the wrong flavor of ice cream. Additionally, the ice cream tasted like it had been frozen for too long.
I ask for m&m like topping and they gave me reeces pieces instead!!! They look almost the same and we didn’t know until my kid tasted it! Thanks God he has no peanut butter alergies!!
Poor customer service and hours. We’ve tried to go twice this week to get ice cream and we’re told both time that BR was closed for cleaning.
don't waste your time to get ice. on Sunday at 19 o'clock to say that the baskin robbins were closed. they only close at 11 o'clock.
