I placed an order through postmates for 12 ounces of ice cream and instead received a coffee. I?m 9 months pregnant and really wanted ice cream. The receipt says 12 oz of ice cream yet I received an 8oz iced coffee? I don?t understand how this mistake wasmade. The order was placed at 11pm. I doubt the store was busy at that time.
The worst service i ever got. I bought ice cream cup and was lefted standing there at the counter while he took 4 other people. The other service person act like i wasn't there. Even after i asked for service please. I will never come back there again.
I decided to try the winter-white chocolate ice cream tonight and I enjoyed the delicious combination of flavors. The Baskin Robbins location I visited was clean and the staff was friendly. They also offer $1.50 cones on the 31st day of each month!
Staff is friendly but the franchise is never stocked with advertised items. They are always missing toppings, mix the flavor labels for the ice cream. They also have poor stock of ice cream togo. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
How do you run out of mint chocolate chip? Or was the employee just lazy and didn't feel like getting a new one? Either way, not a good look
Both young men working we're very polite and helpful. I ordered 1of my usuals, Iced Caramel Latte and I did enjoy it!!😊
