I attempted to order a pie over the phone that was listed online for $37.99, but was told the price was the same when placing my order. However, ten minutes later, I received a call informing me that there would be an additional $10 charge because the pie contained ice. I was disappointed by this unexpected fee, as nothing had been added to my pie yet. The oreo ice cream cookie sandwich cake I ordered for my son's birthday was ruined by this experience. I plan to contact the company regarding this issue.

I ordered a unique custom cake for my twins' 18th birthday and it was fantastic. We requested something they had never made before and they delivered. It was truly amazing!
