Today, August 27th at 11:30 AM, we visited this restaurant. The two young staff members at the front desk, a young man and a girl, were incredibly inept. They were more focused on their conversation than on attending to our family, displaying a lack of enthusiasm that was quite noticeable. Their social skills were so lacking that it made us feel uncomfortable, as if we were intruding on them. The young man was completely confused about our order and repeatedly mixed up what we were saying. When it came time to add toppings to one of the ice creams, he clumsily shook a spoonful of them, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.
we waited 15 minutes for a Sunday night. the employees saw us in a family of 4 with 2 small children. they have chosen their ice cream really enthusiastic with the new aromen and meereiscreme. 2 more customers went to us, guess who helped them. not us. they ignored us from no reason and began to work on the other customer orders. also the rude of the other customers, but the employees here should have been more attentive and helpful for a family that tries to buy ice cream. not against the ice, but the steadfast coworkers.
I ordered two tiered cakes for our cream closing party, paying an extra $24 to have the school logos printed on the side, as shown in the picture. Unfortunately, the result looks like a preschool art project. The cake is uneven and not even round, and the color of the cream was dull. They couldn’t even make a clean cut, and it appeared as if it had been pulled straight from the printer. I was extremely disappointed, and this will be the last time I order a party cake from them.
The boy employee took a long time to get my cake order from the freezer. When he finally came out, the box was smeared with frosting. The boy DROPPED my birthday cake order. He tried to deny it but the evidence was clear that he dropped the cake and it was no longer a rectangular shape. It looked AWFUL and they kept blaming me for complaining about a misshapen cake. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Place is horrible now, the ice cream good but customer service is horrible. Few weeks ago I went in there for a milk shake at 9:15 (they close at 10) and they said they're done doing milkshakes for the night. And then last night I went there and got there at 9:30 and they were closed? Door and online says 10 but nobody to be found and the doors locked?
I went to this location last night at around 9:27 PM only o find out it was closed for the day already. That can be very inconvenient and a hassle if you guys are going to continue to close early when the business hours are until 10 PM . Will be speaking to the manager next visit.
The food is fantastic until you see the cake. It looks like the cakes were made by small children. The older woman who makes them seems to lack the necessary skill. It's disappointing to see such a great menu accompanied by such mediocre desserts.
The young man that waited on me was very polite and courteous and fast. I recommend that location.

Store closes at 9 not 8:15. Change online Horus or stay open so we don’t make the drive!
