If I could give zero starts I would!!! I had called this store at 11:17 Am about a cake and I described in detail what cake I was looking for and asked if they had any pre made. The lady on the phone said yes they did. When I went into the store the only customers in the store were the ones eating their ice cream. The lady kinda helped me she seemed super confused about what I was asking for. Then walked away to do something else. I then called to talk to a manager and she was super rude!! Went in to the 77ave and Bell on 2-21-22. I ordered a cup with 2 scoops and a banana split. The banana split had extremely small scoops that were not even higher than the top of the bottom black tray. I asked the server about it who said they only use child size scoops in the banana split. The were much smaller than the scoops in the cup. Another server with huge eyelashes refused to make it right. I can't believe I spent $7.99 for it. I will NEVER go to Baskin M Robbins again!!! What happened to making the customer happy???
I visit this restaurant every two weeks, and the staff are consistently friendly and modern in their service. Whether it's busy or quiet, the quality remains outstanding. They offer a wide variety of options, and the employees are always accommodating.
Very friendly staff love that they’re very knowledgeable about what they’re selling and super kind and polite. I’m a picky person and I saw that this place is super clean cuddos to staff and management. ?? Definitely will go back

I waited in line for 15 minutes, and then someone cut right to the front. Who was it? A "valued customer." I realized I wasn't considered one of those, so I decided to leave. What a frustrating experience!
The girl working was really nice. She's a keeper. I had Very Berry Strawberry cone and my husband had Coffee cone. Delicious!?? Sorry no pics ate it up.?
I had the perfect milkshake made by a lovely young woman who looked like she was a bit older than me. It brought back some fond memories!
