This Dunkin’ Brands location is the closest to my home, but I've stopped going there altogether. On three separate occasions, I've received stale munchkins when ordering assorted ones. They're supposed to be open until 10 PM, but on two visits, I was told they had closed early due to register issues, and it was only around 9:30 PM. During one drive-thru visit, I noticed three employees inside, yet no one responded to my drive-thru order. After waiting for a minute, I approached the window, but still received no answer. Went through drive thru and a young lady came through and was laughing. I told her my first ice coffee order which I asked for 3 pumps of French vanilla and she repeats back ok 2 pumps. I told her no, 3. I tell her the second ice coffee order. I tell her 4pumps of mocha and repeats 2 pumps of mocha. I said no and had to repeat it again. She laughs and sends us to the window to pay.We asked the girl who took the payment who was taking the orders through drive thru and she refused to give us the girls nameand said she didn 't know. I placed an order and everything went smoothly until I reached the window. A group of girls nearby were laughing and joking, which was distracting. When I finally got my ice cream, one of them stood by the window and deliberately screamed as I was driving away, which startled me and upset my child, who cried the entire way home. I was very disappointed with the experience, so I called the restaurant right away to speak with a manager, but the same girls answered the phone and said no manager was available. I intend to call back tomorrow.

I?m so tired of going to these Dunkin? Donuts and the insides being closed because they?re too lazy or don?t have enough workers to open up the inside! Again this one was closed one of the busiest ones on the inside for no reason! Dunkin? Donuts you?reabout to lose my business altogether. I don?t know who you have running these places but they love to shut the insides down forno reason at all it?s pathetic
Dunkin’ Brands is truly a disappointment. The staff can be quite unfriendly and appear uninterested in providing good service. They often run out of ice cream, which is frustrating. I would advise avoiding this location, as I have never had a positive experience during the eight years I’ve lived nearby. The menu doesn’t make up for the lack of service and quality.
I went to this restaurant with my husband and nephew. We wanted to order a banana split, but they were out of bananas. Then, we attempted to order a hot fudge sundae, only to find they were out of hot fudge too. There was no owner or manager in sight, just a group of loud teens managing the place in the back room.
I did not receive good customer service during my visit. I ordered a dozen donuts with various flavors but only received four different ones in the box. I also ordered an egg and cheese wake-up wrap and ended up with one that had meat in it. When I asked to have it corrected, the staff gave me an attitude.

My friend's order was messed up, and the interior was under renovation. I wouldn't recommend this place—look for a better option instead.
The woman at the counter should receive some training on customer service.
