I visited Baskin-Robbins tonight and was surprised to see only one employee working. While I understand this isn't the worker's fault, it does reflect poorly on management for scheduling so few staff members. The employee appeared uninterested in taking my order; when I requested strawberries, he simply stated, "we don't have any," even though I know they do. He didn't ask about toppings and seemed to assume I was finished ordering after I mentioned the ice cream flavors, which shows a lack of proper order-taking skills. I don't want to blame him entirely, but I was really disappointed, as I was looking forward to having strawberries with my ice cream.
I ordered a cake with specific flavors, but my experience was quite disappointing. The staff member was rude and seemed completely uninterested. I asked for a refund and left without anything. I definitely won’t be coming back to this particular Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins! I would recommend avoiding ordering a cake online for pickup from this store. They accidentally gave my cake to someone else, which has left me very frustrated. If it were possible to give this place a lower rating, I definitely would.
