My husband and I visited Baskin-Robbins and arrived a few minutes before 9 PM. There was a line inside, so we decided to check out the ice cream options first. As we approached the line, an employee informed us, "It's 8:59, we're closed now." People in line began to leave, and before we could reach the door, they turned off the lights. Once we got outside, they turned the lights back on inside. The staff was quite rude and unhelpful. How hard would it have been to stay open for just an extra five minutes?
The place is already open only to carry we find the ice cream cakes and the conteiner oara carry different ice creams. I like all lia different flavors of ice cream you find a1ui. And I know that when you loa guys in the afternoon put the ice creams back, it's because the next day the girls in the morning clean the freezer and already cleaned up put the ice cream back the next day.
Got to the store at 9:30, they close at 10. Had family from out of town where they don?t have baskin Robbins. People working there put away the ice cream in the back and told us they didn?t have any ice cream to serve us. Hurray for carvel?
The ice cream at Baskin-Robbins was delicious, but the service left much to be desired. The staff didn't appear very friendly, and it took quite a while for them to take our order from the menu.

I adore my Rocky Road ice cream, but with the extensive menu at Baskin-Robbins, I can explore as many new flavors as I desire!
Stale cone and no chocolate sprinkles. I always get mint chocolate chip. Tastes not as good as usual.
They are OK. Used to be so much more fun to visit BR.
