My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing! I definitely won't be coming back to this location. The staff was very rude when we tried to place our order, and they clearly weren't paying attention since we had to repeat ourselves three times. We ultimately decided to leave; it just wasn't worth it. I noticed the car in front of us also drove away without ordering, likely for the same reasons. I feel sorry for the woman who was behind us, probably bracing herself for a similar letdown. If you're considering visiting, I'd recommend going to a different location or just staying home, because you won't be getting any ice cream here.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant during my visits in April and May 2020, and as a returning customer, I will never return again! There were only two staff members working, and they completely ignored me and others while they focused on cleaning instead of fulfilling any orders. My kids waited 25 minutes for their food, which should have been ready much sooner, and they completely overlooked my request for ice cream, choosing to serve a new customer instead. It felt very unfair and prejudiced. I hope the manager considers letting these employees go; otherwise, I will not be coming back. Good luck!
Worst place just went there in April 2020 and May as a returning frequent customer but will NEVER go again! Horrible two staff is working there and they completely ignored and began cleaning the place instead of creating and completing not one order onthe receipt !!!! And instead took another new customer instead while kids were waiting 25 min for an order which should havebeen done even ignored getting ice cream for me but took the new people instead! Very prejudiced place and hope the manager canfire these employees too or else would never ever go here again! Good Luck!
Given that Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts are now part of the same company, it's a wonderful experience to enjoy both options and choose whether you want ice cream or donuts. It's a tough decision, but don't forget that coffee is always a delicious choice. I'm giving this place 3 stars because they seem to be continuously hiring new employees, and it’s important that they receive proper training to ensure everything runs smoothly. The younger staff in particular could benefit from more training and better product knowledge. However, the food is consistently great!

I preordered an OREO Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich Cake five days in advance for a triple birthday celebration on a Sunday, making sure to specify that I wanted to pick it up that morning to avoid any mix-ups. When I arrived and mentioned my order, the staff quickly went to the freezer and brought it out. The salesperson opened the box to reveal the cake, and it looked perfect. We opted for a white cake with Very Berry Strawberry ice cream, and it was a huge hit at the party, pleasing guests of all ages. Thank you! We will definitely order again.
Considering that Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts are now a joint company. It's great experience to having both and decide what you really want ice cream or Donuts. pretty hard choice but don't forget that coffee always delicious always good to go. Now Iwrite this at 3 stars only considering that it is always hiring new employees they need to properly train and to get the jobdone.As for the youngsters need more appropriate training and product knowledge. Food is always great.
If you're craving ice cream after 4 PM on a Tuesday, I recommend looking elsewhere. Although they close at 10 PM, they stop serving most of their items well before that. I couldn't even order a hot fudge sundae. It's frustrating to see businesses allow this kind of service. If I could give negative stars, I would. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've encountered problems at this location.

Terrible service. I attempted to order the World Class Chocolate at the drive-thru, and instead of informing me that it was unavailable (which I would have understood), they tried to substitute it with two different flavors, assuming I wouldn't realize the difference.
The server was not very versed in the ice cream. The serving portions were extremely small for the price. I would not recommend this BR at all.The flavour was very good. That’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars
