DO NOT COME to this Location!!! We had a very uncomfortable expierence with the way we were treated. It was actually the owner herself. She's a middle aged Armenian woman who looks to be in her 60s and wears the pink uniform. I came in with my husband to buy my newphew a cake for his 12th Birthday. We live right acoss the street so we decided to walk over. We began looking at the cakes, my husband noticed she (the owner) was staring at us. A couple minutes in she walked over and said I couldn't look at the cakes with the door open and closed it on me while I was looking. I explained to her I was just looking for the flavor I wanted and it would only take another minute. She decided to stand...
I want to give a special shout-out to Aida, who works at this location and another one in Glendale right near my house. She is always so friendly and helpful, with a warm smile that makes me think she might be the owner! Having an employee like her is truly a treasure.

The owner overcharges! The prices did not match what was advertised on the board, and when I pointed this out, she claimed they hadn't updated the register. This happened twice, so I’m convinced it’s a deliberate act. The owner, an Armenian woman in her 60s, also serves small portions. This will be our last visit. She's setting a poor example for her young employees by encouraging dishonest practices. Karma will catch up with her, but we won't be returning.
There is tons of flavors and there is different types like banana split or milkshakes Also, you can take stuff home too and cute decorations. If you're kids don't like plain ice creams and it is a good dessert if you don't have any dessert at home and wanna go out for dessert is easy quick and fun. Go there anytime!

This restaurant has the kindest staff! I ordered a cake online, but in my rush, I didn't realize it was scheduled for the next day. When I called to explain that I needed it for the same day, they were incredibly accommodating and had my full sheet cake ready in just an hour. Thank you!
A worker named Haley purposefully served the people behind us because she knew them. It took twice as long, and the people behind us left before us. It was terrible. She ruined the experience and made me feel like I was second to her personal life.
This particular Baskin-Robbins was very clean and the person serving me went above and beyond. She made this place a very friendly place to visit. I'd go there over and over again.
Ordered cappuccino blast and did not have any flavor told the staff and they just said that’s how it is. Didn’t offer a solution just plain rude.
