I had previously written a review that was removed, so I'm sharing my experience again. A couple of months ago, I went with my sisters at 10 PM specifically for milkshakes. Although the place is supposed to be open until 11, all the doors were locked, and there was no sign of any staff. After trying the door a few times, someone appeared at the back of the store and waved her arms in a rather theatrical way. However, she never came to the front to unlock the door or explain that we needed to go through the drive-thru. I felt confused and frustrated, and when we eventually drove through the drive-thru, they still didn’t offer any explanation for the mix-up.
This is the second time we've attempted to visit this Baskin Robbins location, only to find the doors locked. The first time was after 9 PM, but this time it was before 8 PM, still light outside and hot, yet the doors were closed! While we could have used the drive-thru, there’s no list of ice cream flavors displayed on the drive-thru menu, and I prefer to see the ice cream in person when choosing a flavor. If they plan to close the store earlier, they should at least post their hours of operation, including when the drive-thru is available.
I have always been fine with this Dunkin and they always get my order right but the staff is beyond rude. Today the drive through employee was taking my order and I didn 't quite hear her correctly so I asked her to repeat herself and she got so annoyed that she fully yelled at me and groaned in annoyance. When I went to let someone know how I was treated all they said was oh..sorry . Very disappointed
I went to get some ice cream before they closed at 11 PM. I arrived at 10:50 PM, but the doors were already locked. If the policy is to close the doors 10 minutes early, I apologize for misunderstanding.

Only go here if you have 10 minutes to spare regardless of what time it is. I have been here at different times of the day and always had a long wait with only 1 or 2 people in-front of me.
They screw up my order more than half the time I have been here. I’ve had it with this location. It seems like they can never get anything right.
Staff needs to listen when orders are given and not need to ask 4 times for each customers order espcially when they take 1 order at a time.
Very busy and crew works well to accommodate. Great ice cream flavors. A lot cleaner then all of the other spots in the area.

The staff needs more training they seem to be lost on making drinks
Seriously. You can't go wrong with coffee and ice cream.
