I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. I placed my order at 9 PM, well before their stated closing time of midnight, but they shut down at 10 PM. I waited for over an hour for my DoorDash pickup, only to be left without my order. They didn’t answer the phone, and this was the third time I’ve tried to order from them without success. The customer service is truly lacking. How difficult can it be to scoop some ice cream into a cup? If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly advise against ordering from here. Very incompetent location. Ordered a customized cake here and when I went to pick it up the size of the cake was wrong. Was told that everything else about the cake was correct, the ice cream and cake flavors inside, and that the only thing wrong was thesize. Was offered a dozen of donuts to make up the difference in price, which I took. I cut into the cake the next day and turnsout that the cake flavor is also incorrect. Honestly, it wouldn't have made a difference if everything was correct, the cakewouldn't have been worth it either way. I got a vanilla ice cream with sprinkles. Very simple. The sprinkles were stale. I asked just for a regular ice cream. They were rude and extremely challenging. When finally I just asked for a refund and reluctantly they gave me one. Just pick adifferent location.

My husband ran in to get my favorite ice cream “strawberry cheesecake” I was sooo happy it came out looking so good but the waffle cone was so stale you can tell it was not fresh at all.
Although it states that they close at 12 AM, my friends and I arrived at 11:07 PM to find the doors locked, even though all the signs indicated they were still open.
Locked doors right before we walked in. At 10:04pm. Hours says they close at 12am. Either change your hours or stick to it.
This quaint establishment has a somewhat modest variety of offerings, yet the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive.
