My wife and I should have listened to the concierge at the hotel we were staying , but we thought we would give them a chance. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!!! I must say everything was great except for the experience/ staff. I'm in the restaurant business so I usually look at situations at both sides all the time. 1) my wife and I order a bottle of wine. I thought it was easy enough. The waiter must have taken 20 minutes, mind you the place was not busy at all I counted 5 tables including the tables outside. There were also 3 other waiters on the floor as well. When the wine came he put the wine on the table and ran away. Guess what he does next???? He dances!! I wanted to like this place. Really. Service was great, Jose our waiter was exceptional to explain the dishes and what are “fan favorites”. I threw him on a few, but I don't think anything could have repaired the food. The Calamari was not seasoned. It tasted like baked chicken honestly. Another family member ordered a Calamari court as their escape and it came cold (they did it at the same time as mine and left there until the ducks were ready). She asked him to take it back. But what he came back was again fried Calamari rings that drip with fat. The Lomo was a notch under the cut by leather. We asked to go back and he came back with another over boiled Lomo. The picture looked fantastic....
We went here and the service was terrible. The waitress left in the middle of the sentence and then they had nothing. We waited 20 minutes to get our drinks and ignored us. Then we were told the food would take 40 minutes extra. We really felt mistreated and left. Terrible place. Would never recommend it.
We've had dinner there twice and it's been good both times. The menu has a reasonable choice, the food was good as well as the service and prices were reasonable. Best to get a table outside to see the park lit up and the local action.
