Bay Leaf stands out among Indian restaurants by ensuring that the flavors of its dishes aren't overwhelmed by an excessive use of strong spices. The tastes are clear and well-balanced, and the spices are prepared in-house. The freshly made tamarind chutney was a delightful highlight. Although the service was a bit disorganized, the staff was friendly, and I attribute that to the restaurant being new. Overall, the food was truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend paying them a visit.
We had dinner with friends at this restaurant after hearing good things about it from others, and we were not disappointed. The staff was very polite, which made for a wonderful atmosphere. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed every moment of our visit. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to everyone.
We recently discovered Bay Leaf after moving to the burbs from NYC and absolutely love it! The chicken tikka and butter chicken are amazing and rival some of the best Indian food we’ve had in NYC and London. We’re now regular customers :
