I won’t be going back as the owners son needs a lesson in customer care always looks angry .. food good, although takeaways aren’t .. There are much better Indian restaurants in the area where the atmosphere is better and you are treated like a valued customer . If you can’t take criticism you shouldn’t been in the hospitality trade . Your restaurant drains were bad you should give your customers an option to eat in or takeaway. Not just say it’s not your fault and then get upset because we asked for a discount . Sadly ,that behaviour isn’t welcome in any restaurant.
Bayleaf has been our regular Indian takeaway for several years now. Always great and only ever had one mix up with the order which the manager sorted out immediately and with good grace. The food is consistently excellent and in my opinion, the best Indian cuisine in the area. I rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as exceptional with a perfect score of 5 out of 5.
