After visiting this caffe for almost 20 years, we thought that the reopening of caffe after the covid 19 would lift our hearts! How disappointing to find, we were not asked about our contact details, as is required by the current health rules. we sat. directly next to a blowing phone. we have been offered a very limited menu (especially eier and a wine list (which I personally do not think supplements the eier!). the crook was old and raided and slipped everywhere on the naked table. service was bad drinks when the meal was almost ready; when we went to pay, they couldn't find our order. they would think that if they were catering for a few people during this pandemic, service would be exemp...
Happy birthday. Took our octogenarian mum there on a weekday for lunch and a potter around the lovely gardens. We spent about $25 a head just on main course and a drink. Was I satisfied? Very; all of us had a great meal for what I regard as very reasonable prices given the quality and freshness. Service was fine, efficient, courteous with a degree of patience (thanks, Denise! , and food and beverage service was prompt. I have been to this cafe a number of times over the last few months and have been pleasantly surprised at both the service and food. I always ask for my coffee hot and have got what I asked for, Hot. The food is always well presented and delivered with a smile, which is more than I can say for some of the other customers, some customers feel it's their right to be rude to the staff based on a perceived financial or social status, which is very disappointing. However I feel the food and service has been exceptional each and every time I haver been. I will continue to come back.
Gorgeous environment, professional staff, delicious food. I've eaten here twice now and both times was blown away by the food. The owners staff of this place should be really proud of what they have here. Fresh, yummy food and genuinely pleasant staff. The food is reasonably price and always so good. The first time I had a roast vegetable panini and the second time, flathead. Both were just perfect. Highly recommended for a great way to spend a lazy afternoon. Charming cafe adorned with lush greenery and flowers. The menu offers a variety of appetizing options. I opted for the scrumptious corn fritters, while my companion tried the special of the day: flathead tails with chips. The batter was perfectly crispy. Although the cake selection was slightly limited compared to previous visits, the passionfruit and white chocolate cake was still delightful. The high-quality food is served in a relaxed atmosphere. It's the perfect spot for a sunny spring day in Sandringham. Highly recommended.
I unexpectedly discovered this restaurant outside of my usual area and was pleasantly surprised. The nursery had a wonderful variety of plants and gifts at affordable prices. The cafe was charming, showcasing artwork from a nearby gallery. The service was friendly and efficient. They offered lactose-free options for coffee, which was delicious. I tried the Indian spiced scrambled eggs with bacon, which were creamy and slightly spicy. My companion enjoyed the equally delicious corn fritters with bacon and sour cream.
Lovely setting, wonderful cafe. A beautiful little cafe in amongst the ponds and garden nursery. We've been many times for lunch and breakfast. Service has always been friendly and prompt. The menu is always interesting and the food is very good. Go have breakfast, wander around the nursery and by a shrub or to. It's lovely spot for coffee, breaky or lunch.

I absolutely adore this cafe! The food is incredibly tasty, the coffee is excellent, and the cold pressed juices are phenomenal.
