During our visit to Waldkirch we had lunch at Bayer Sepple. The black board advertising lunch menus for less than 7 euros took our attention. And in fact you have a selection of 5 different menus, from 6,70 € to 8,50 € (Soup of the day, salad and main course). The food was freshly prepared, with good ingredients, and most beautifully presented. The service was promt and prices even a little cheap. The salad, however, bathed in sauce and the roasted onions (red onions) were burned for my taste. 5 stars. In short, enjoy the view of the marketplace and enjoy a properly prepared meal!
We ate here after we had a superb meal at the Storchen. Food at the Bayersepple is of a more simple, but nevertheless tasty and plentiful variety. The interior is like many German rural restaurants and the waitress was perfectly polite, if a little reserved. I am glad I ignored the totally unfair and in my view inappropriate review by munchkin from Tel Aviv. This is rural Germany after all, and it is unreasonable to expect English to be spoken in every pub and shop, although very many do.
Wenn Sie gutes und frisches Essen möchten, sollten Sie einfach in diesem Restaurant essen gehen. Obwohl keiner der Mitarbeiter Englisch spricht, tun sie ihr Bestes, um Ihnen zu helfen. Der Preis ist angemessen und das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Ich hatte ein Steak und mein Mann Lamm, beide waren köstlich und sehr sorgfältig zubereitet. Dieses Restaurant verdient einen Zwischenstopp und ich empfehle es.
Sehr gutes Essen und äußerst freundlicher Service. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir hatten keine Reservierung gemacht, daher war kein Platz mehr auf der Terrasse. Aber es war kein Problem, unseren Vierbeiner mitzunehmen.
