I wanted to buy rolls this morning. There was no customer at the sales counter other than me. A lady was serving sandwiches in the back corner and the other was teaching a young man. After I waited in line for 7 minutes and no one felt responsible for the sale, I left without a roll. I then bought these in Bettingen at the Kachel bakery. I definitely won't go to Rösner again. Customer friendliness is different!!!
Service: 5 Atmosphäre: 3 Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und aufmerksam, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Atmosphäre hingegen war eher durchschnittlich und könnte noch verbessert werden. Insgesamt war es jedoch ein schönes Erlebnis.
