The hotel has a beautiful building and green area. Also convenient location on the way to Portugal Spain/ Spain Portugal. My family and child stayed one day from Friday to Saturday. The disappointment came immediately the photos are too good and far from reality. 1. The pool is much smaller than in the photo. Plus it was crazy dirty. There were so many people that everyone stood. There were not enough beds, people lay on the grass. 2. The room was without a terrace, although booking on official site the room in the photo was with a terrace. But it was the one that was a floor below us. A hotel just 15 kilometers from Seville. It is ideal to rest and be able to visit the capital of Seville. Its rooms are spacious and everything is very clean. The hotel has paid parking (7.50 euros/day) as well as a restaurant and swimming pool. The only drawback is that the bathrooms need some updating (there is no screen and they have a bathtub instead of a shower tray). Tranquility and good service. Breakfast was horrible. Receptionist until 6 o'clock was a friendly person. All the other employees are extremely unfriendly. No communication skills with guests. Air conditioner in the room does not work. Bad experience ever. We could not understand how they got the 4 stars. There are no service orientation. Never again. Service: 1
