A waitress made a big mistake with my order, but this place still gets a 5 STAR, WHY? The waitress owned up to her mistake and offered to make amends. Her sincere apology was all I needed, and I left on a good note to make this review. I wish THE FRY (Cummer location should a learn a lesson in customer service from this place, I don't recommend going there. BBQ CHICKEN staff are honest and the food here is divine, don't go anywhere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND :
Went last night and server told us bone-in wings was not available, so we ordered the boneless instead. As we were eating, the table next to us got their order and received bone-in wings…. Would’ve preferred the bone-in wings as that was what I had my eyes set on. Note: the table next to us arrived 20 minutes after us. Would have been nice if the server told us of his mistake and ask if we wanted bone-in instead but there was no communication.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training for their staff on service animal policies. A business should prioritize creating an environment that respects the rights of individuals with disabilities. I urge BB.Q Chicken to review and revise their policies to ensure that everyone feels welcome. I am disappointed but hopeful for positive change.

Like some other reviews have said, this branch is just awful. Really puts a bad image for this franchise which usually has such good chicken. This tastes awful and is usually very small quantity. They consistently forget something when I pick something up for take out. I can’t get over how bad the chicken is it’s so disappointing.
I recently visited a Korean restaurant for the first time, and I must say, it had some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever tasted. The customer service was outstanding, easily a perfect 11 out of 10, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely be going back again and again!
I can confidently say that this is the best Korean chicken restaurant in Toronto! It's not just the chicken that impressed me; their side dishes took me back to fond memories. I can't believe I only visited once! I was also really touched by their kindness.
The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were very nice, and the food was absolutely delicious! I had some of the best chicken wings I've ever tasted! I highly recommend the CHEESLING WINGS—it's a must-try dish!

It's really a frustrating experience. I ordered boneless chicken, but what is this? Why is it a box of chicken with bones in? I suspect they gave me someone else's canceled order.
I ordered half Caribbean Fried Chicken, but instead received cheesy fried chicken with fries. The restaurant had no solution to correct my order. I'm very disappointed.
