However, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try a new flavor, and I need to give a serious warning: the sweet diablo wings are NOT sweet at all. They’re not just spicy; they are the hottest food my boyfriend and I have ever encountered. We took ONE bite, and we couldn’t feel our mouths for the next three days. On a scale of 1 to 10, they rank an 11. I usually handle spice very well, and I've never come across a dish I couldn’t finish because it was too spicy—until I tried the diablo wings. The customer service at this restaurant was awful, and I won't be going back. I recommend supporting the other mom-and-pop eateries in the food court, as they treat their customers with respect. Update: After reading other reviews, it seems the main issue is the larger guy with glasses who just sits around on his phone all day. If he's at the counter when you arrive, I suggest you skip ordering altogether.
I've been coming here allot recently and I love it. The food court is on target all the way and you'll enjoy the variety. I have literally made gifts out of the fried chicken from bb.q chicken. The chicken is that good. The atmosphere is great allot of diversity. Worth the trip. Allot of Vegetarian options for those who do not do meat

I always order the secret spicy boneless chicken, and it’s absolutely fantastic! The sauce has the perfect blend of sweetness and spiciness—it's incredibly delicious! I'm really happy they opened this place; it's the most popular chicken spot in South Korea.
My favorite dish is the cheesling. The only downside for me is the yogurt dipping sauce. In Korea, they served me a yogurt dipping sauce that I absolutely loved, but the restaurant in the USA doesn't offer it. However, the chicken itself is quite good.
