I have gotten food here 4 times, with 3 of those experiences being negative. Don't waste your time, this place will close its doors sooner rather than later.The last order I placed was placed through their website and confirmed to take 20-30 minutes. At 25 minutes I received a text saying my food should be ready, it was not. At 35 minutes I was told I was next up and they were busy (not one person came into the store the entire time i was there). At 40 minutes I said I had to leave and the cashier told me to cancel the order. The only option after the order was placed through the website was to call. Food is great but I just cannot personally support the business anymore. There was a mix up with my order one day where they were not receiving the incoming orders so my order was not prepared. Since I could not wait and had to return to work, a staff member handed me a 30% off voucher but crossed the 30% out and wrote 50% along with his initials. Today they would only honor the 30%. I have no problem with the food or the staff but if someone is going to tell me to come back in with my 50% signed coupon and it would be no problem but then don’t honor that I cannot support the business. Had the pleasure of stopping in this location for the first time this week with my family, we had no idea what to get and the manager Nick was super helpful! He asked a few questions regarding whether my kids eat spicy food or not and got recommendations based of that. Again he asked my wife and my self and gave us both individual suggestions which turned out fantastic. While we waited he offered some peanuts for the table which to my surprise where very good, my kids made a mess and he was very nice and told us not to worry about it that he'd take care of it.All in all great experience!
I had my first experience at this restaurant about a month ago, and it was fantastic—everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The counter staff, Nick, was both efficient and friendly. When I called in for a takeout order, it turned out that Nick once again took my order. He even remembered that I didn't want any plastic utensils, which I had mentioned during my first visit. I have to say, Nick represents this establishment exceptionally well. I’ll definitely be returning!

The wings used to be really good and fresh, but my last order was disappointing. They tasted like they had been fried a while ago and were drenched in so much sauce that they were too salty. I hope you can bring back the fresh quality you had when you first opened.
The staff is very friendly and helped with any questions we had. It was a great experience and the food was very delicious.
Nice take Korean bbq chicken, signature bowl is enough for two people and the wings stay crispy even when sauced.
