Poor hygiene, bad customer service, unexpected charges for small items and reasonably good food were norm in the old days running a BBQ meats stall. BBQ One still lives in the past and won't update itself simply because there isn't sufficient competition around. It's one...of the more popular BBQ meats stalls in Eastwood. Do not bother to eat in if you treasure service or ambiance. These are not what old day food selling stall believed. Pick BBQ chicken liver as it's one of the better choice here. The rest are quite reasonable in quality. Buy only from here if you don't want to spend time to queue at the most popular stall few steps away.
super bad service, the female owner is already infamous in eastwood for a super bad hire, but in a recent case, they reimbursed our paid order and told us to go away after they courteously ask not extra sauce / oil in our bbq pig...order (a method for loading, adding weight when the order.) the owner became hostile and leaned our patronage. super poor service, I would recommend trying another BBQ store in eastwood.
Although eating is not bad, I will hope that a certain amount of customer service or smiles would probably not hurt. the comfort is that they offer a free suppe that was really delicious.
