A lunchtime visit to the Beach House Grill in Chatham had the potential to be a delightful experience. The restaurant is beautifully situated off Shore Road, overlooking Aunt Lydia's Cove and Chatham Harbor, offering stunning views. Our group of six was excited for a great time, especially with our lively and friendly waiter. Unfortunately, the overall vibe of the clientele and some staff members leaned towards the pretentiousness often associated with Cape Cod, and the food quality was mediocre considering the steep prices. Wow! What a great spot! Rhod was incredible. I will be back next year and will definitely be sitting in Rhod’s section! Wine glass service directly from on top of his head- come on! That was incredible! And the food was all fabulous! Our table chose to share a variety of small plates- the yellowfin tuna, oysters, hen of the woods mushrooms, summer squash, buratta salad, truffle fries, and the swordfish. EVERYTHING was incredible!
Will, Victor and Mary at the bar were outstanding between their service and attentiveness. They never let anyone wait long for a refill on a drink, you can tell when a team works well together and these three were rockstars. Try to get here early to snag a seat at the bar as it’s first come first serve. Just be aware many weekends they shut down in the afternoon to cater to weddings.
The ambiance is outstanding, and the service along with the cocktails are excellent. However, the appetizer brought my rating down to four stars. The Quahog and chorizo fritters were slightly undercooked, making it difficult to taste the clams or chorizo. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely return.

Such a fun spot for live music, drinks, and food. Environment could not be beat. Wait staff are kind and efficient.Kid-friendliness: Great areas for kids to run around, open space and live music to keep them entertained. You can see them playing from most tables so parents can enjoy some grown up time.
Oof. We were looking forward to our dinner at the Beach House Grill, which we booked to celebrate a special occasion, but the entire experience was lacking. Entrees were reminiscent of wedding food and the hospitality was nonexistent. There's better options around, especially for the price.
Great experience. We rolled up on bikes and were eager for lunch and they accommodated us right away and the valet even kept an eye on our bikes. The food was really delicious but the prices were extremely high. Views were lovely and service was great.
Very poor. Coffee didn't come, then came twice and was cold and $8each!!. So many waiting staff around but still had to grab their attention to be served. Yellow fin tuna was slimey. Just poor all round.

The fish and chips here are excellent—generous portions of fish with the perfect amount of batter. The service is outstanding, and the views of the beach are a wonderful bonus!
Food and services were excellent. However, I got bitten with “No Seam “ all around neck and a little below. I trust the place . I wish there’s bug free candles or something….
