Bear Springs Bistro Lounge

The Bistro is my favorite restaurant in the IE. The staff is so warm and friendly and makes you feel like family! Waitstaff Chip, Liz, Athena, Justice and Olena are amazing! I can honestly say I have never had a bad service here. Don and Robin and Paul make the most beautiful drinks! Andrew the manager and Chef Kyle with his inspired menus are doing AMAZING things here!! Try the rib eye, the berry burratta salad, the steak and eggs, the ahi appetizer, stuffed chicken thighs, the blue berry cheesecake or the house salad with ahi! You will NOT be disappointed. Just take a look at the photos! It’s a great place to bring friends, family or clients! Tell them Ms. Ross sent you!

Right in our backyard!We’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and finally made it there for dinner and a drink. The restaurant is small, with a few tables, but very cozy and nice. Service was great. Food was delicious. We enjoyed their stuffed chicken breast and salmon, and were both very pleased with our meals. We will definitely return.

I’ve been here several times and have never had a bad experience. Food is delicious and it’s very much a dine dining experience. But the best thing about this place is the staff. Outstanding!
