On the surface this looks like any other food store that can be found near a gas station. It's more than that. There's a seating area if you want to eat in and a full menu café. Their specialty is stone oven thin crust pizza . We ordered the barbecue chicken in the 12 inch size. It was the right size to share and it was delicious. This was clearly made fresh. The pizza took some time to prepare, but it was tasty, with a nice thin crust, flavorful tomato sauce, and a decent amount of toppings—though I think they could have added a bit more. The chicken shawarma was well-spiced and moist, while the rice was adequately cooked but nothing extraordinary. The fries were well-seasoned, and I really enjoyed the side salad and cheese dip that came with the pita. Unfortunately, the hummus had a sour taste, so I couldn't eat it.

Gas prices are always higher in Lac La Biche than anywhere else east and south. Not sure why. But as far as gas stations go this is a new modern station. Convenience store is great. Clean and modern. Lots of choices for snacks, hot and cold drinks. The fire stone pizza is great. Didn't expect that in a gas station. I would come here just for the pizza! Thin crust style. Freshly made on ordering. Took about 15 min for my order while I waited in the comfortable restaurant style seating. You could eat in but I took our pizzas to go.
What a lovely place! The beautiful fireplace and seating area create a cozy atmosphere, and the countertops at the counter are really nice. Plus, there's a large pizza oven that I'm excited to try out! I can't wait to return for the pizza. It's also wonderful that they're extending the walking trail, making it perfect for the lodge residents to enjoy a stroll. I absolutely love the store! Great job!

I've switched to purchasing gas only from this shell. It's convenient and they have a contest each month to win a free flight. It's nice to see a business giving back a bit to our community.
Had a donair yesterday, though my impression was not the good, the management was quick to respond to the issue. That's what service is all about, nice job.
