My boyfriend and I stopped in at Becco for a pre show meal. We had reservations through OpenTable and stopped in early since it was cold out they had no problems accommodating us and we were seated immediately. The tables are indeed pretty snug but we had a good time chatting with closeby tables and enjoying the atmosphere. We both got the pasta special including penne ala vodka with shrimp, a pesto pasta with green beans, and a cocoa pumpkin ravioli. The penne was my absolute favorite and I had the waiters drop by with a few helpings and they were not skimping! Located right in the heart of restaurant row, this place is absolutely fantastic! The interior is spacious, featuring multiple bars and dining areas. The service is exceptional, and the food is out of this world—mouthwatering pastas, salads, appetizers, and desserts. The linguine with clams is every bit as delicious as it appears. Each bite of every dish was fresh and flavorful. With its Italian cuisine and warm hospitality, not to mention an impressive coffee selection, this restaurant has become a staple in New York. I'm so glad I discovered their wonderful hospitality and can’t wait to return soon!
we had a wonderful dinner before we went to a broadway show. we arrived early enough to not be rushed. eating was fantastic the chicken forno with mushroom risotto and zeasar salat to start was great. my man had calfcake and the Pasta Special (he was hungry! and also loved his meal. the service was great to server were all attentive and very nice. all in a great dinner.

OK on all fronts but absolutely not worth coming here unless you are on really tight theater schedule. Everything is mediocre at best.

For a NYC staple, I expected a little better pasta. The service was great and the atmosphere is very lively.
