Really good service, lovely big room with a bath and big bathroom, but couldn’t find a heater in my room so it got quite cold. I’m not sure if there was one and I just missed it but I looked all over and couldn’t see it. I understand I could have asked Reception about this but since I was only there in the evening and I prefer sleeping when it’s cooler, I decided to not enquire about it. Other people I was staying with did have a heater so maybe I just couldn’t find it! I also had a £5 charge for a drink added on when I checked out and I definitely didn’t order this, however the people at reception realised it was a mistake and sorted it for me. We've stayed at the Bull on a number of occasions and always found the staff to be very friendly. My wife is a Vegan, but not by choice and finds it difficult to find a choice on the menu. However, one evening she was chatting to one of the staff, I'm pretty sure her name was Diana, said she'd ask the chef if he would make a vegan curry for her. The next morning, she found us in reception and informed us that the chef had agreed. We booked a table for that evening and Carolyn my wife, really enjoyed it. That's what you call service. Marius has always been very friendly and we appreciate his efforts in the restaurant, always being very attentive, but not overly.
I really like this hotel. Great location here in Gerrards Cross. Walking distance to great restaurants. The only negative is the lack of any fitness equipment/center on property. They have a partnership with a local club however that lacks the convenience for business travelers. Restaurant is superb. Breakfast is also top notch.
Stayed here with work, would recommend it again. Staff were great and helpful, unfortunately got coca cola split over me during meal but when I asked staff about cleaning they did the 24hr dryclean complimentary. All staff were friendly and worked to food allergies too. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I attended a conference at this restaurant. The food was excellent, the meeting room and facilities were good. The bedroom was spacious, although I would have preferred a softer mattress.
A great hotel if you're visiting London and want to stay on the outskirts..25 minutes to Wembley on the train..Lovely hotel in a beautiful village .... Great bar and restaurant..
After attending a 4-day business conference, I highly recommend this wonderful hotel. I couldn't find any faults - the service, food, and room were all fantastic.
