Ordered the Mango Habanero wings, 10 piece, first wing was really sweat, next couple had a little heat. Wing sauce lacked consistency. Went to bite into my fourth wing and it was pink. Pink chicken is why I gave the food a one star. Ordered onion rings for a side. Came out cooked well with ranch. I don 't particularly like ranch and the server was prompt to bring me another sauce. (Amazing service) the breading on the onion rings lacked any sort of flavor. Tasted like they wrapped onion slices in wonder bread. Didn 't taste Salt, pepper, anything at all. Not the cooks fault at all just whatever recipe this establishment has dreamed worthy. Wouldn 't say I ate good food here. That 's my hones...
Service is normally slow and food good, but this time we were seated quickly, drinks and food gotten quickly. We didn't feel ignored, and weren't bothered too much. Waitress couldn't help me too much on beer (she was only 19 so what are you gonna do? . She did forget to split my wing order with 2 different flavors, but the mango habanero i did get tasted so good that I didn't let her know. Wife and I were very pleased with that visit.
This is your standard chain restaurant. Food can be hit and missed at times. My wife has had chicken tenders here twice and they come out so grease filled that they are soggy. The jalapeno burger is spot on every time. Sometimes you get a decent amount of fries and sometimes they skimp out. Worth going to if you want to take advantage of their weekly deal but not a place we go out of our way to go to either.
Ross is amazing!!! No matter how many tables he has, you always feel as though you have him all to yourselves!! He does a great job with my husband's service dog, Buddy. We love going to Beef's and Ross puts it over the top!
