This restaurant is trying too hard but failing miserably. Upon entering, I was greeted by a staff of teenagers who clearly lacked customer service skills. To make matters worse, their ice cream was unavailable, and the soda machine was out of ice—information that was only disclosed after we had already ordered our combo meals. The place was also filthy; the tables were sticky with crumbs everywhere. When I went to wash my hands, I was appalled to find that the toilet hadn't been flushed. The menu appeared to be a poor imitation of Five Guys, but it was overly complicated with unnecessary additions like wraps and specials. This just added confusion for both customers and staff. While the fish was not very good at all (think McDonald's), the burgers and the tenderloins are top notch. The Original burger was juicy, but not greasy, and had good flavor. The grilled tenderloin was nice and flavorful as well if a bit smaller than I'm used to seeing. Have not yet tried the ice cream but I will be sure to update if I do. My biggest complaint, honestly, is that their large drinks do not fit in the drink carriers they have nor do they properly fit into a vehicle cup holder which made it very difficult to carry and to transport all by my lonesome. Overall, I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.
The best burger can be found in Martinsville. It melts in your mouth and isn’t greasy at all. Three patties are quite a bit, so I prefer to stick with two. The fries are also great, but I'm not a fan of the tater tots, and the chicken tenders have a nice crunch to them. The customer service for takeout was excellent, but when I dined in, my order was incorrect and I had to wait while the cook claimed it was ready. I picked it up myself, but the dining atmosphere wasn't ideal. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.
I cannot recommend this restaurant at all. I've tried it three times, and each experience has been disappointing. During my most recent visit with my mother, we ordered and paid for our meals, but after waiting 30 minutes, we still hadn't received our food. The Original features three beef patties, which the staff mentioned are quite thin. I decided to go for it. Wow, that’s a lot of beef! I even had to loosen my belt to finish it all, but it was delicious! Although their lobby was closed, they had outdoor seating, which felt like a picnic.
What a great place to eat...we actually held a fundraising event there, not only was the service great and the food great, working with them for the event was awesome. They care about the people of the community and it shows through their actions.
Food was phenomenal and so was the lady working in the front, service was excellent and extremely prompt. Said I would be back tomorrow and though unfortunately I won’t be in town then I do plan on going back asap for the fried pickle chip fries.

My fiancé and I found this place on accident when we ran into their signs in town. They have great food and awesome service for a very reasonable price. Coming here for dinner is definitely worth our drive up from Bloomington!
