Went there for dinner with friends night started at great drinks were good and appetizer was great. We ordered all at once drinks, appetizers and are main meal. We had our drinks and appetizer arrived. Then we waited 1 hour 30 minutes our main dish still had not arrived (three of us ordered burgers). Our waiter never came back during this period to update on food or ask if we wanted anything else. After waiting 2 hours we called him over to ask about our dinner. He went back to computer and came back to tell us somehow did not get entered in the system. Very disappointed in that service all we were offered was a comp desert. After asking our waiter he allowed us to skip the desert and covere...
Gotta say, when my brother asked to meet at BeerTown prior to a movie at SilverCity, I was taken aback due to his incessant distaste for beer. I jumped at the opportunity, having a mild addiction, and even made it there early to sample. I had been there when they first opened, literally years ago and I am glad I returned. The place feels comfy and the staff are welcoming. Barkeep looked after me and had a glowing stein of Stiegl before I could blink. I thought I would grab a nacho tray to nibble with my bro who was travelling at his perpetual lateness, and it was also out so fast I was half done when he wandered in 10 minutes behind schedule.And speaking of nachos...great job! We regular BeerTown a lot but unfortunately this night the server gave me fish tacos instead of plant based. I haven't eaten fish in 9-10yrs so it was a bit disappointing to be served incorrectly. I noticed within a few bites luckily. I notified her and she corrected it but I wasn't offered any discount for the inconvenience. Which I feel that that is a pretty big mistake. And on the bill there was fish tacos $0, then PB tacos $18 (or whatever it was) so she clearly wrung it up wrong. This does make me weary going forward I will have to be adamant that I am getting what I ordered, which is unfortunate that I cannot trust the servers or kitchen staff.
We arrived and were immediately greeted by hostesses who told us about a 25 minute wait, the place was packed. We went next door to winners and arrived back having waited roughly 25 minutes but hadn’t received a text yet. The hostess the the front was super friendly and prepared us a table right away. Shortly after the manager Michael came to our table and gave us an appetizer of choice at no charge. Staff was lovely all night, very attentive and professional. My husband and I came from Windsor just to eat at Beertown. He travels for work and purposely books his hotels around your locations. He always raves about your vegan menu. This was my first experience and I was blown away, not only by the food but the service. Sonja our server was absolutely incredible and Michael the manager was so welcoming and engaging. We are looking forward to a future Windsor location but we will definitely be visiting London again! Maybe even tonight for dinner?Vegetarian options: So impressed with the expansive vegan menu!
The beer house is a restaurant that has An appropriately large selection of beer. The rotating Taps keep it interesting as well as plenty of suggestions from servers and other staff. Available. the food's election is decent. How some of it is more expensive than the average place. there are also plenty of screens to watch football and other sports, and for some reason also cartoons. agree. It's about to get together for a quick meal and a drink.Parking: Strip mall parking lot
Absolutely amazing experience. We unfortunately had to cancel a large birthday reservation as our daughter (the birthday girl) tested positive for Covid. Upon hearing the news this location and staff led by Maddy and Kyle went out of their way to ensure our daughter still had a great day. They packaged up an appetizer, main course, desert along with balloons and a card for us to take home to our daughter to help cheer her day. Great Job Beer Town London. Well done!
Our server Mikayla was great and attentive to our table. Beertown is a louder restaurant with tons of conversations and loud music playing. If you are trying to have a conversation or an intimate date this isn't the place to go. Their food variety is great for gluten free and plant based! My burger was a little too greasy but the gluten free bun didn't crumble, which says a lot when you have a gf allergy (if you know you know). Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Our waitress was new and was doing her best, but my husband ordered a plant based sandwich and was brought real chicken instead and didn't realize it until part way through. We didn't want to make a big deal about it since she was new, but we really hope this doesn't happen to someone else. We've always had a wonderful experience every time we go to Beertown. Today wasn't as good as usual, but she was doing her best :
