While the food was very good, the delivery was atrocious! Ordered online with an initial estimate of 30 45 minutes. As delivery time neared, I checked the slice app and noticed that they had added another 15 min to the time. That time passed so I called the shop took many tries to finally get through to find out the status now at 1:15 hrs. They said that they were short of drivers and to please wait sounds like poor management. I tried to cancel but they said it was too late and I'd have to go through their online service privider. In response to the owner's comment: Your UberEATS menu shows a picture of the sandwich with the ingredients I mentioned. If those ingredients are not included, you need to make that clear or provide checkboxes for each item when ordering. When orders are prepared incorrectly and items are forgotten, it shows a lack of attention to detail, so your apology doesn't hold much weight. I hope you can improve the experience for your customers in the future.
two of three aren't bad? Typically, our experience of bella mia has been excellent, but tonight we ordered a panini and 2 cheese steaks and one was just pathetic. a few weeks ago we ordered the same and they beat it out of the park. maybe a night, but still disappointing.
I absolutely adore our local pizza and Italian takeout spot! We order from here at least once every few weeks—sometimes we go for pizza, sometimes buffalo wings. But the menu item that keeps me coming back is their cheesesteak sandwich! It is incredibly delicious!

I found some fantastic lunch deals at this restaurant! I ordered the chicken Parmesan sandwich along with fries and a drink, all for just $12! It's hard to find a better price than that, and the quality and flavor were both excellent.
Food is always good. Every Single Time. regardless of how I order food, it is always consistent and they go above and beyond. We have some allergies and have never had an issue with the food. Highly recommend
This restaurant consistently serves delicious pizza that my kids adore! The cheesesteaks, wings, and fries are all outstanding as well. Delivery is generally prompt, with the food arriving hot.
Ordered a Meat Lovers pizza. Toppings and crust weren't bad but there was virtually no sauce to be found. Couldn't even taste it. Not worth a return trip.

This was fabulous new York style pizza. They had it by the slice. Haven't had good new York pizza in a long time. So happy. We moved in near by recently.
