This was my first time eating here and I am very impressed. First and foremost the menu offers a great variety of options to choose from. Among these menu items are pasta dishes, pizzas, sandwiches and much more. The waitress did an excellent job at taking orders, and seeing to each customer's needs in a timely manner. The restaurant was clean as well which is a plus. As for the food, it was great. Everything tasted great and the portions are enormous. It is highly unlikely you will manage to eat your entire meal in the restaurant, so as a convenience to customers the meals are served in carry out containers. This was our second visit to Bella Napoli. My partner enjoyed a delicious fish sandwich, while I had an Italian sub on a gluten-free roll, which was fantastic! Bella Napoli is a two-hour drive from our home, or else we would be regulars. Nonetheless, it’s quickly becoming our favorite spot whenever we pass through Maryland. The staff is very friendly, and it was nice to see them giving potted plants to mothers celebrating Mother's Day. As for dietary restrictions, we’ve stopped here while traveling through Cumberland twice now. The gluten-free pizza was excellent, and my Italian sub this time was just as good. We will definitely keep this as a go-to restaurant whenever we’re in the area!
I understand and support the need for a minimum order for delivery, as time is our most valuable resource. However, I don’t get why this information wasn’t made clear when I chose delivery. It should have been communicated before I entered my credit card details, not after. If my order doesn’t meet the minimum for delivery, I shouldn’t have to provide my credit card information beforehand! Just to clarify, the minimum order amount for delivery is $25.
I had an authentic Italian experience with the meal I ordered. The server was exceptionally gracious, and I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. My entire experience was top-notch! Do check them out; it might just become your favorite like it is mine for Italian cuisine. They offer a variety of dishes, including subs, pizza, pasta, and much more. Relax, unwind, and enjoy a wonderful meal from a local spot!

I decided to try Bella Napoli after hearing all the great reviews, and I have no regrets. I ordered the lasagna and fried ravioli, and both dishes were excellent. I underestimated the portion sizes; I had heard that they were big, but I didn't take it seriously. Let’s just say I won't have to cook for the next three days! The food was delicious, and the delivery was quick.
The pizza here is exceptional! I ordered the Sicilian, and it was very filling—after just one slice, I felt pretty satisfied, haha. The Steak and Cheese Stromboli was also delicious. My food was ready exactly when they promised. The ladies at the front were incredibly friendly. I would definitely come back again!
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the overall service. I dined in for lunch, and the price per person was very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars!
