The night shift is very rude and disrespectful. Night manager can not handle her team at all. Purchase $46.56 worth of food the whole order was complete wrong. When I called back into the store to let them know. One of the crew members had a disrespectful and rude mouth. Before, he got of the phone he told me he was trying to help me by telling me it was nothing he could do. This whole order went left and I will be taking this to social media. People need to know how nasty and rude and disrespectful these people are. Oh yeah they told me they couldn't redo my order even after I gave them the wrong order back.

I enjoy the Smoothies WHEN I CAN GET THEM from here from the Hagen daz ice cream center inside,the only thing I don't like is they would not service me for they just opened at 11am when I arrived and was rushing for the start of lunch and needed everyonein the pizza area...not enough workers, nothing ready and Wouldn't sale any Smoothies til maybe 12noon???? That was mylunch????..I RECOMMEND TO TRY THEIR SMOOTHIES reasonable for a large $6& some change????????

Ordered at 12:10PM on my lunch break got there and had to wait another 20 mins. After receiving my food I headed back to work, mid way they called me telling me they gave me the wrong order. I went back grabbed my correct order. Took me an hour and half to get my food. I finally got back to my job at 1:40pm took a bite of the pizza it tasted sour and subs wasn?t cooked properly. There food used to be good I was really disappointed.

Disgusting restaurant. I was probably the first customer in the restaurant at 10:30. Bathrooms were disgusting. Looked like the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Two clown workers were playing in the back walking the dough on the table without gloves.Looked really dirty and smelled the garbage. This use to be a good restaurant not no more. Beware and eat there at your ownrisk.
The food is great as usual. Nice staff also. You can't dine in and the restrooms are currently fir employees only. Which understandable to me. The Chicago steak grinder is really good! And they are serving ice cream?

The Italian sub was delicious! I absolutely love the bread; it's far superior to what you find at other sub shops.
