I recently attempted to place a carry-out order for iftar totaling around $60. I was planning to pay in cash, but the staff insisted that they required a card number, even though they wouldn’t actually charge it. I reiterated that I was paying with cash, yet they still refused to process my order without the card number. I couldn’t understand why they needed it if I was paying cash!
The young African American girl who supervises this place really does an excellent job—I'd love to know her name. It's clear that her staff respects her, which makes everything run smoothly when she's around. When she's not there, things still operate well, but you can definitely feel her absence. The grinders are fantastic, the pizza is tasty, and the prices are quite reasonable.
I called Saturday at 4:30. Guy answers please hold . I headed there, still holding. I parked and go in expecting them to be busy because I 'm still on hold. Guy at the registre is running his mouth. Only one guy in the lobby waiting on his food. The place is empty. I walk in no one speaks. Floor is dirty, food all over kitchen. Won 't be returning.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Meat Eaters pizza was so over cooked the edges were like old toast. Possibly old whwn i got it. Checked before leaving store and people working refused to make a new one, dispute the fact I never walked out the door with it. Was told it would be a waste of money. The woman working on April 23, 2024, at 8 PM was very rude and had a nasty attitude, along with an unfriendly facial expression. I work in this plaza and often order from here, but if she remains employed, my coworkers and I will stop ordering from this place altogether. This is unacceptable!
In from Buffalo last weekend and stopped for our first grinder. So Delicious, toasty and piled high. Definitely a fan, and the pizza was good too. The young man behind the counter Saturday was incredible, great attitude and service. Thank you!!!!!
