A group of eight of us had a reservation at Bellini on Saturday evening. While we eventually enjoyed tasty food, the staff and customer service were lacking. We were seated at the back of the restaurant and then ignored. We waited nearly an hour with no service at all—none of the waitresses approached us to offer menus or take our drink orders. We had to ask for assistance and noticed that tables seated after us were already served. The waitresses seemed more focused on clearing tables than serving us. Visited Bellini on Sunday 24th April and I have nothing but great things to say! Lovely, cosy, friendly restaurant with very friendly and extremely helpful staff. One waiter in particular was absolutely lovely (I didn’t catch his name). The food was excellent value for money. Big portions and very tasty. Service was very efficient and food was fresh and hot as it should be. Excellent little restaurant and would definitely recommend. Will definitely be back.
My wife and I made a reservation for Friday, June 3rd at 7:00 pm. We had a wonderful time at the restaurant. The service was excellent, as were the meals and drinks. It is a truly delightful restaurant. We highly recommend it, as we were not disappointed. We were visiting Wicks for the weekend, so it was a great place to eat.
I came to celebrate my birthday with my fiance and, as always, we found the experience to be perfect. There was a young child who was acting as the chef and he helped out alongside the waitress. I had a celebrity with a friend to the 70th birthday. the restaurant was very busy, a sign of its popularity. the service was excellent. the menu offers many options. I chose a meat dish over a pasta and it was delicious.
