My boyfriend made a reservation for 7:30p on a Saturday night. We arrived 20 mins early so we sat at the bar first, and had a couple of their signature cocktails. This restaurant boasts a stunning setting, featuring a beautiful venue with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The service is prompt and professional, and the grounds are charming, complete with an outdoor bar, lounge, and a lovely garden walk. Dining here transports you to a more glamorous era, as it's located in a historic mansion. The martini and wine selection is both delicious and fairly priced. While we haven't yet discovered our favorite dishes from the menu, the clam and chorizo appetizer was absolutely exquisite. Enjoyed dinner at the patio bar and was immediately impressed with atmosphere and native flowers in the garden. The space is elegant enough to feel like you are on a special patio but casual enough where you can show up in Jean shorts and a messy pony tail. The bartender made amazing aperol spritz- perhaps the best I’ve had in the US. The cherry Moscow mule specialty cocktail was also to die for and tasted like cherry limeade. The bread was delicious and fresh baked and the Margherita pizza had delicious sauce, flavorful fresh mozzarella and a crispy crust. I can’t wait to return.
Food and atmosphere were amazing! We sat outside and had a great date night with live music playing in the background near the bar, yet still in our own space off to the side in the section we were sat in. It was perfect. And the food was delicious! From the appetizers to the main courses, we were impressed. Service was also top-notch; for example, they were very accommodating and understanding when we ran late to our reservation. Highly recommend :

My husband and I ate dinner here last night and had a wonderful experience! We were seated right away, and the wait staff was friendly and attentive. We narrowed down our entree choices and asked for our waitress' recommendation; she suggested the red snapper and it was delicious. We also really enjoyed the cabernet she suggested. Our food came out very hot and was delicious. We highly recommend!!
Additionally, the overly sweet mashed potatoes served alongside the unseasoned salmon completely overshadowed the main dish. We will never return to this overpriced establishment that clearly doesn't care about its customers. Awful experience—stay away! Ugh!
Great Place Jack and Marie have this Restaurant looking great,with the outside bar and Gardens.Miss this place when I moved from Stanhope 7 years ago..Definitely worth the trip!
This is a great place for an intimate dinner for couples or groups. The service was great and the food was good. We were also offered complimentary bourbon shots.
