We stayed at hotel belvedere for 4 days in June 2017. the hotel has a fantastic hosting and very good standard. can warmly recommend room 107 where we lived. The rooms have high standards with tubs and shower dual sinks and separate toilet. The beds are very nice to sleep. the hotel also has a spa part that is very nice as well as a beautiful outdoor pool, on the other hand, it could be some degree warmer but the bubble bath indoors is fantastic! easy to park and close to the walkway around the lake that you must not miss.
Da wir im Hotel Belvedere übernachteten und die Bewertungen über das Restaurant positiv waren, haben wir die Halbpension gebucht (65,- pP für ein 4-Gänge-Menü). Das Menü war einfach ausgezeichnet! Schöne Präsentationen, tropfendes Geschirr, die Küche des Belvedere liegt ganz oben, in der Nähe der Küche des Gourmetrestaurants. Das Personal hört dem Kunden zu und die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm. Ich bedauere fast, dass heute Abend nur die Hälfte an Bord angeboten wurde, denn das Degustationsmenü wirkt einfach göttlich!
I have been so frustrated about Swiss food, and then I happened to find this place, best foie gras I ate, even better than some Michelin star restaurant! I opened the radio at the moment, it was playing "I found love in a hopeless place" which is literally my mood. Other than the food, service, location, price, and view are all perfect. My wife and I spent a wonderful time here in the honey moon, we both love it!
Zu dritt haben wir hier meinen Geburtstag gefeiert und hervorragend gegessen. Sicher die beste Küche in Spiez, für Fisch und Fleisch. Auch der Nachtisch und die kleinen Friandisen zum Espresso lassen keine negative Kritik zu. Äußerst freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung ohne jegliche Aufdringlichkeit, was mir besonders gefallen hat. Die herrliche Aussicht auf See und Berge verwöhnt das Auge.

The Manager, Bruno, was extremely helpful, accommodating, professional and friendly. He ensured that, in spite of our dietary restrictions, we had a very tasty meal, accompanied by a delicious bottle of wine. The servers were professional and friendly. The menu is very interesting and varied. The view of the lake speaks for itself. Highly recommended.
the kitchen in the hotel belvedere is one of the best in spiez. we were culinaryly pampered with a 5 gourmet and forgiving hosted by very attentive and friendly staff. of course this has its price, but price performance is excellent for me. the hotel belvedere is the best address for a healthy and cozy eating in spiez.
This is the second time we go to this hotel and we are not disappointed by the restaurant! the dishes are excellent, the service tip top, nothing to say, we have had a very nice moment! Thanks to the whole team!
