Food was good! We tried quite a few items including the bagel lox, crepe, waffles, smoothies, egg Benedict and most of them were good! Food was served a bit late and our server was in a rush may be for lack of staff. There was a new staff, a young man who was being scolded by our middle aged lady server in front of the customers which we did not like at all. Would have been great if our server were a little more friendlier and did not created a negative atmosphere by being rude to the new staff. Taking one star away for that.
I'm not one to complain much but this visit didn't give us the bare minimum. It's a Tuesday afternoon so it's quiet at 11am. It took 30mins to just get a drink order, glass of water tasted moldy. Eggs Benedict was good along with the home fries but not the fruit. Some of the fruit was rotten and also tasted off. Bathroom floors were extremely sticky in the womens washroom. Sadly will not be returning to this location because it has potential.
If I could put 0 stars I would.Customer service is bad, they refuse to reimburse when they made a mistake in a complete order, not just partial order , the whole order was wrong! They want to give a credit ? I don’t want to eat your soggy avocado toast.They need help learning to treat customers.They want to convince me they can’t reimburse with their machine… euh cash still exists no?Thiefs!!!!!
Food is good enough but the poor waitress working completely on her own… seating people, taking orders, cleaning tables, collecting bills. This is crazy. People were walking in, not getting seated and walking out. It took 35 minutes for us to pay after finishing our meal. The food was good, though my husband said there was too much bacon a waste. My issue is with the cappucino asked for and verified with the waitress that it was decaf. Most definitely wasn't. Perhaps regular marked as decaf? Also it was watery. Asked for a shot of decaf espresso to strengthen it and it was watery also.
Nearly empty place but you still have to wait to be seated. Once you get your food you realize that your bagel is burnt black and it is as dry as a cookie. Salmon is very salty, and paper thin. Great disappointment, hope other locations stand up for better quality of service and
Plate was delicious. Fresh quality ingredients. Awesome service. Less than 20$ tax in. Amazing coffee. I asked for extra caramel and they brought ot right away. Very underrated place. Love it!

Had the skillet breakfast with hollandaise sauce. Not good for the waistline but was delicious!
