The staff didn't serve me well, I had to ask for coffee at least 4 times. They asked other customers for coffee refills but nothing at all from me. I ended up having to get up to get some. The waitress hardly looked at me when I asked her for the bill and I had to ask another waitress to bring me a takeout. I was only served water once at the start of lunch and that was it. I sincerely do not recommend this restaurant because of the poor service received.Kid-friendliness: There is a children's menu and high chairs.
The food was good and the portions generous. The service was super long. I believe the waitress was very busy. There were too many customers for the number of employees. The atmosphere was ok. We were outside. There was a lot of car noise going by on Montée Masson.Kid-friendliness: The place is well thought out for children and it is not a place where you expect to be between adults.Parking: Located at the rear and side of the property. Several seats available.
I went here with a group of friends for brunch. As an english person they were very helpful and respectful with me getting my order placed. The staff were beyond kind too. All I can say is that our table can be difficult for staff due to certain criteria but the staff were very professional and polite. I highly recommend anyone and everyone eat brunch at this place. Huge portions, great quality food and amazing staff! I couldn't ask for more!
The food was delicious... Unfortunately, we will never set foot in this restaurant again because the service left by the waitress Sylvie was pitiful... She had no smile and was very stupid. Good variety of options (even for people with allergies) and large quantity...I went for brunch and took Poêlé Trois Viandes and it was absolutely delicious and large. The staff are also super friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant for dinning in.
The food was very good until I found a hair on my plate! I decided to ignore it and take it off but I got another even longer hair! I'm really not happy Ben Florentine you disappointed me!I hope you will do better for your future customers!

Pour un bon déjeuner c'est le meilleur à Mascouche. Le bacon est croustillant. Le service est merveilleux. Mention spéciale à notre serveuse préférée Angie.
